Coimbatore, Feb 6, 2012: While the city corporation is all set to embark on a total sanitation scheme with the construction of toilets in key areas in town, there are several portable toilets that have just been dumped near the main garbage yard, damaged and unattended. These toilets were bought using public money during the World Tamil Classical Conference.
